By accessing and using DataBossHub ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
DataBossHub provides data bundle purchase services for various network providers. We act as an intermediary between you and the network providers to facilitate data bundle purchases.
3. User Account
3.1 Account Creation
To use our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Refunds
4.1 Payment
All payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are subject to change without notice.
4.2 Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Failed transactions that were not processed
- Duplicate transactions
- Technical errors on our part
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds are not available for successfully completed transactions.
5. Data Bundle Delivery
We strive to deliver data bundles immediately upon successful payment. However, delivery times may vary depending on network conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by network providers.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use automated systems to access the service without permission
- Share your account credentials with others
7. Limitation of Liability
DataBossHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
8. Network Provider Issues
We are not responsible for issues arising from network provider services, including but not limited to:
- Network outages or maintenance
- Data bundle expiration policies
- Network provider errors or delays
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
