Why is my top-up not reflecting?
Top-ups are usually instant. If your payment was successful but balance hasn't updated after 10 minutes, contact our support team immediately with your payment reference.
Which numbers should I avoid when purchasing data?
Avoid purchasing data for Turbo, Agent, Merchant, broadband, and ported numbers as these may not receive the data successfully and owing mtn airtime delivery will be 50/50.
